Sleeping Tiger is operated by Sleeping Tiger Studio, a business registered in India.

1. General Conditions

Sleeping Tiger is an online retail brand offering women’s pyjama sets, sleepwear, loungewear and related products.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, payment verification failures or inaccurate order information.

We will communicate cancellations and process applicable refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Customers agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its security or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By making a purchase, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law or are acting with the appropriate consent or supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order.

3. Products and Descriptions

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, measurements, fabrics, colours, photographs and prices displayed on our website are accurate.

4. Pricing and Taxes

All product prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping charges, COD fees or other applicable costs will be displayed before checkout confirmation.

We reserve the right to update prices and offers. A confirmed order will not be charged a higher product price without the customer’s consent.

If a genuine pricing or technical error is identified, we may contact the customer to explain the issue and offer an appropriate resolution, including cancellation and refund.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

After an order is placed, an acknowledgement or order confirmation will be sent using the contact information provided.

An order may be subject to payment verification, inventory availability, address verification and fraud-prevention checks before dispatch.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will notify the customer and refund any amount collected for the unfulfilled items.

6. Payments

We accept the payment methods made available at checkout, which may include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery where supported.

Online payments are facilitated through authorised third-party payment service providers, including Razorpay where enabled.

Checkout-related services may also be supported by GoKwik where enabled.

We do not require customers to disclose confidential banking credentials, OTPs, UPI PINs or card CVVs directly to Sleeping Tiger customer support.

Any payment-related charges will be disclosed before order confirmation.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information and cooperating with reasonable order verification procedures.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific guaranteed delivery service has been expressly offered.

If an order is lost, materially delayed or cannot be fulfilled, customers may contact us for assistance and an appropriate resolution.

8. Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations and Refunds

All returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our published Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy.

Eligible standard returns and exchanges may be requested within 7 calendar days after delivery, subject to the stated conditions.

These Terms do not exclude or restrict any statutory consumer rights.

By submitting content for public display, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant Sleeping Tiger a non-exclusive licence to display and use submitted content for the purpose for which it was provided, subject to applicable law and any permissions obtained.

We will seek separate consent where required before using identifiable customer content for unrelated advertising or promotional campaigns.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights already accrued under confirmed purchases.
